The following Privacy Policy applies to visitors and users of all services rendered by Highland Pallets via www.highlandpallets.com.au, or application for mobile devices used in connection with the services to users of the services. References to “us”, “we” and/or “our” in this Privacy Policy shall mean Highland Pallets. We provide this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding how we collect, use, manage, store, transfer and disclose the personal information that we receive from users of the site, applications, and services.

We reserve the right to revise it from time to time, by amending this Privacy Policy. All content, features and services added to our site at any given point in time will be subject to the conditions outlined in this Privacy Policy. iii). Request us to delete data we have about you or cancel your account, given we do not have any legal obligations to retain the information contained in your account
iv). Notify us of any concern you have about our use of your data
We process your personal information as per laws applicable in Australia. The information you provide may be transferred, maintained and kept on servers that are located outside of your country of residence or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.

Highland Pallets is based in Australia. All information received on the site and applications will be transferred and processed complying with the laws governed in Australia. By using this site and submitting your information you agree that your information can be transferred, stored and processed there.
