The following Privacy Policy applies to visitors and users of all services rendered by Highland Pallets via, or application for mobile devices used in connection with the services to users of the services. References to “us”, “we” and/or “our” in this Privacy Policy shall mean Highland Pallets. iii). Request us to delete data we have about you or cancel your account, given we do not have any legal obligations to retain the information contained in your account

We process your personal information as per laws applicable in Australia. The information you provide may be transferred, maintained and kept on servers that are located outside of your country of residence or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.

Highland Pallets is based in Australia. All information received on the site and applications will be transferred and processed complying with the laws governed in Australia. By using this site and submitting your information you agree that your information can be transferred, stored and processed there.
